Housing prices continue to decline nationally
The Case-Schiller home price index continues to show that housing prices continue to decline nationally. Reports have housing prices falling to the levels they were back in 2003.

Are property taxes dropping at the same rate as housing? If not then I can see why people would be interested in appealing their property taxes.
